We check into BCV's on Sunday. We did MVMCP Sunday night and had a great time. It was not crowded at all. Monday, we got a late start and hit Hollywood Studios. Again, it was not crowded at all. We walked right on ToT, Light, Motor, Action. We had lunch at MaMa Melrose, which was great and then headed to Toy Story Mania. The wait said 80 min but I knew since the park was not crowded that it could not be that long. We only waited 40 min. All the times we have been to Disney, we always skip this ride b/c of the wait times. This time I was riding it no matter how long. It was an awesome ride and probably my favorite. We headed over to Osborne lights and that is where we saw the biggest crowd of the week. It was mobbed but beautiful. Finally we headed out and stopped at the Great Movie ride on the way out. Again, walked right on. It was the slowest I ever saw in Hollywood Studios.
Yesterday, we stayed by the pool but then went to Downtown Disney. Again, no crowds at all. We did the hot air baloon with no wait and then went to Disney Quest for the first time. It was cool in there and again no lines or crowds or anything.
Today, we are planning on going to Blizzard Beach, (the weather has been awesome). Praying that the crowd pattern stays the way it is.
Tommorow Epcot and Friday AK is the plan.
Side note: We came with hardly any ADRs. We are getting just about what we want at the last minute. Like today, I kept trying for Cape May Character Breakfast and could not get it so last night i tried again on line and got an 8:40a.m. Also HDDR we were trying to get it for a party of 8 but all they had was the 9:30, which is way too late. I kept trying online and got it for Friday at 5:00. So if you don't get what you want b/f you leave just keep trying once you get here.
Will update on Blizzard Beach later. It is funny, I was fighting w/my husband over going this time of year. We always go in Oct. and I love the warm weather. But I had to tell him yesterday that I am really enjoying Dec. The crowds, the weather, etc. I hate when he is right.
