There is an extension you can dial on the phone in your room to find out hopefully someone who knows it will be along soon.

I'm at BWV right now. There's a red folder sitting on the table. In the folder, there's a booklet called "Be Our Guest Guide". In the center is the bounceback offer, free dining 8/20-10/2/15.

In 15 years of Disney trips, I never knew what they were (until I finally found out and booked one my last trip). They are available to all resort guests. It has nothing to do with how much you paid for your current room. Like DebbieB said, you have to look for them. If you can't find the booklet with the offer, call x8844 to ask. You have to book while you are there. Don't ask the front desk CMs; they can't help you with it.

As stated it is stapled in the middle of the "Be Our Guest" booklet. But, I always suggest that no matter what offer is there always call 8844 for the latest offer, because if the booklet in your room was not updated you could have an older offer.
