Had a great day in MK..Despite heavy crowds, we were able to see and do everything we wanted by 7:30pm. There were only a few rides we did not ride actually. A few comments on EMH: We arrived around 7:30am but everyone was held at the main entrance until 7:55. This is contrary is what I have heard about and read lately. I expected everyone to be allowed in and resort guests only allowed through tommorroland for EMH. We proceeded down main street right around 8am, and headed towards tomorrowland. I quickly realized there were no ropes, no CMs checking for resort guests versus the general public. We walked on Peter Pan at 8:10. I expected to be asked then to show my room key. Nope. Am I missing something? We also walked on Little Mermaid, Carosel, Barnstormer, and Dumbo in the first hour. Lines started picking up but we never waited more than 10 minutes for standby buzz lightyear and maybe 15 for tinkerbell with a fastpass. I was shocked to grab a same day fastpass for 2 to mine train at 1pm. Again, lots of people in the park today, but totally manageable.

Not sure what happened with the EMH, but I felt a little bit cheated that no one was checking passes.

The holding of guests at TTC was the way they "screened" AM EMH for MK for a lot of years.
It's possible that is to what they reverted today.
A larger sample of data needs to come in over the next few weeks to see how things shake out.

Honestly, despite the uncertainty of Pro Bowl crowds, I though today was quite low in terms of MK crowds. We didn't show up until about 11am and rode most big rides by adding FP throughout the day and we were out before the Pro bowl parade. Epcot was far more crowded at 4pm than MK. Great day for us. Got in all 4 parks!
