If they still have the craft stations in the International Showcase area of EPCOT, those are great in the rain. Each country has a little area set up in the gift shop or thereabouts, and has a free activity with CMs interacting with the kids. We did this a few years ago, hitting them all during super rainy weather at EPCOT. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for all of you who are there now!!! Pixie Dust to you!!!
