Yes, you have to use them or let them expire.

If you want to change that missed FP, go to it on the app and Modify it.

You can also Cancel it and choose another Tier2.

Sorry I didn’t reply got caught up in Disney magic. Was pretty busy this week but manageable. Tower of Terror only had two elevators running all week. They closed the standby line down several times during the week. Epcot was very busy due to Food and Wine but was so much fun! We will definitely be back for FW! One tip I do have is we did ANIMAL KINGDOM early and did not have Fp for FOP. First day we waited 30 and by the time we got off 3 hour wait did it again Friday and it was almost a walk on.
Already planning a trip in Spring and booked Labor Day
