We are at WDW right now-it's our first trip with our toddler (1.5 year old DD).
We are having a wonderful time! Some thoughts:
-February vacation week isn't so bad, as long as we arrive right at rope drop-we were able to do many things during the first few hours with little to no wait.
-We are really loving the convenience of FP+
-POR is our new favorite moderate-we love it!!! Staying in a princess room
-Chef Mickeys was just ok. Character interaction was good when they came to us, but the characters did not seem to be equally dispersed throughout the restaurant. Mickey and Minnie spent the majority of their time between 2 other rooms. We got alot of time with Goofy and Pluto (Pluto was wonderful with my DD). We were only able to see Donald, Minnie, & Mickey very briefly.
-We had a reservation for My First Haircut in MK. BEST BEST BEST experience ever!!!!!
-Best MK attraction for our toddler so far seem to be: It's a Small World, Little Mermaid, and Country Bears. She was a little nervous on Peter Pan-I think it was too dark for her. We plan to do Winnie the Pooh & Mickey's Philharmagic when we come back to MK in a few days.
OK, that's all for now. If anyone has any questions, feel free and I'll try to answer them!!

The fast pass lines we did go in were very very short though.
