Here Now at the RP!

DTD (t=teen) and I arrived yesterday for our first stay at RP. We have always stayed at PBH in the past, but I am very impressed with the RP! Check in was great and we are staying club level. We had booked a king room (all that was avaliable) on the 7th floor with theme park/water view, if possible. The room was great but it was a freeway view (yuck) but very close to the lounge! I did call and ask for a room change but nothing was avaliable for last night. We are scheduled to move to a new room today (not sure how far away that one will be from the lounge).
The staff in the lounge is great and the offering are very good. We didn't make it last night to the cookies and other yummies that are served from 8-9 Pm because of Harry...Potter that is!!!!!

Great stay so far!!!!!!!!!!

We have a theme park view now and DD is very happy! The lounge is very crowded tonight but everything continues to be great! US today and tonight we are going back to HP until closing!

Lucky you - we still have + 3 months to wait before our vacation. Can you please tell me more about the food that is being offered in the Club. Are there enough things to make a dinner ?

They have had chicken and pasta one night and meatballs another night. They have always had salad, cheeses, chips, and salsa too! We missed one night but I will let you know about tonight asap.
In the mornings they have oatmeal, donuts, pastries, and muffins. They also serve cereal in a prepackaged bowl. Juices and milks for b'fast and pop and coffee all day. You can ask for plastic bottles of water too.

Tonight the lounge served some type of sweet and sour chicken..or something like that...they also have a veggie tray each eve too.
