Here now. App not working, can't see my fastpasses or dining reservation. Help!

Pulls up my plans and they're blank.

I've stopped using the app completely, it just doesn't work enough of the time. Try using your phone's browser to go to the Web site. If there is still issues, head to guest relations and see if they can pull up your plans for you.

I always make sure that I have a printout of my ADRs and FP+ and that my ADRs are in my personal calendar. You could also just put them in a note on your phone. The app and wifi are just too flaky, sometimes even in the hotels, to trust completely.

A little late for you now, but what I did on our last trip is put everything in my phone calendar. Even set reminders, although they didn't last long, cause even with my phone on vibrate it got annoying after awhile having reminders go off continuously. LOL

I have spreadsheet save on my phone with plans for each day including ADR and FP+. Also take a screen shoot of the app with the info. At this point try to go to guest services and just be prepare with back up for the rest of your days.

I go old school and actually have a paper copy of everything. Last time I pulled out a phone at Disney World? To check the time because I don't wear a watch.

We are just back from a week at WDW, the app on my iphone5 didn't work for me ever during the entire week. I had to go to guest services and the concierge desk at the resort, everything was able to be worked out but the app was completely useless. As soon as we got back to NYC, the app started functioning again, go figure.

Have you tried deleting the app and then downloading it again?

On our last trip, I had to delete and reload MDE on my iPhone multiple times a day. Good thing they have Wifi in the parks! It was incredibly frustrating, but was the only way it would work.

I had trouble with the app a lot if I was on Disney's wifi, but if I switched to my cellular Internet it would work. So I think some issues are unreliable wifi at Disney.

I had similar issues this week but just had to logout, close the app on my phone, wait a few minutes, then reopen and log back in. Hope that helps!

I had no luck with their wifi or my own cellular network, or luck with closing and trying again. Guest services was at a loss and I just had them cancel or move things when needed (really just adrs).

I will have one piece of paper for each day that will fit in my phone case with all my info. Then I'll have the backups on Google Drive which I can access on my phone. Only reason I see pulling up MDE while there is if there is some kind of dispute.

The app never worked in the park for me. Anytime a FP+ window opened and I needed to move the attraction to a different time I found the app had removed the attraction and FP+ from the reservation so I was unable to select it to change it.

Same issues here. Just started writing them down after accessing on my computer so that I knew where I was supposed to be when.

I had the same problems on my trip and I resented having to waste my valuable vacation time standing in line for 45 minutes at guest services. The app and website were working fine prior to my arrival at the park.

I really find this unacceptable. Disney guests invest a lot of time and money on a vacation to WDW. When I'm there, I want to enjoy my surroundings, my family, and the wonderful details that make WDW so special. I don't want to spend time on a malfunctioning app or website, I do enough of this at work!

The app and website also worked for me very well prior to arriving in Disney and again when we returned to NY. I tried their wifi and my own cellular service. Very odd. At least each time I went to guest services or the resort concierge there was never a line (Nov 2 - Nov 9).
