Yet another Sunday and yet again park crowds are exceptionally sparse. If I had to guess (and I do), I’d say that there are half as many people here now as the approximate same Sunday last year. Amazing. (The pic shows park open, not the present crowd level ;-)).

Amazing! Were you there yesterday? I'm curious how Saturday was.

Saturday was pretty busy. There’s another thread talking about the heavier crowd on Saturday. I’d say in general Saturdays are busier than Sundays. But you just never know exactly what it’s gonna be like on any given day!!

We will be there next Sunday.....I PRAY it will be this slow for us!
I usually go on Sundays but next week it’s the CHOC Walk, which means a 10:00 opening. Friends and I have decided to go on Saturday instead. That’s usually an EMM day however next week it’s a straight 8:00 open for all guests. DCA will have EMH, though.

What is CHOC walk? Is it something in the actual park?
10 am works fine for us, but will that be a busier day?

It’s not bad today. The walking walls of people CAN make it seem more crowded than it actually is...

Our September trip is after AP’s get access. Waiting to see how much of a game changer that is.

CHOC Walk is an annual walkathon to raise money for CHOC Children's Hospital. The event is very early but participants are then allowed to buy heavily-discounted park tickets. Combined with the late opening, it makes for a crowded park. Nearly always, we avoid it. But it that's the only day (or one of the only ones) you can go, by all means, so it. It's not as bad as we make it out to be but that's mainly because we're pampered, coddled spoiled AP passholes ;-).

Apparently I’ve mentioned you enough now that my kids comment about how “Rob-the-guy-from-your-message-board” is on the Buzz leader board :upsidedow we got stopped on the ride today (for quite a while) and I broke a million for the first time ever.

Agree that crowds were great today. It was hot though!!
