Ok,its me and dh. Our plane leaves at 11:45 am thursday from cleveland. I check internet; the plane is there.great. Get to airport,there is no plane at gate.our plane had a mechanical problem and they were getting us new plane. Only problem was it had to come in from tampa so we had a 3 and 1/2 delay.no problem as I would rather fly on safe plane. Dh calls car service we have used 3 other times,says we will be in about 5:15.he says they will monitor internet and will be there. We get in at 5:10,go to baggage claim, get bags still noone there so we take a cab. We turn our phones off and are officially on vacation.I turn my phone on and there are 16 missed calls. All from the car service. My husband calls and the guy starts yelling at him that we owe them $120. My husband asks what time their driver was there and he says a little after 5:45.dh says do you think we're going to wait another half hour after our plane was delayed and the guy told him "you stupid idiot". I'm sorry...WHAT? So he hangs up. The guy then starts ringing our phones off the hook and starts calling us in the room. We call the front desk to tell them what's going on.they put block on our phone. We put our cells on mute and go to bed.he called 20 more times while we were sleeping. Ok. Ready for a new day. We go to hpfj and dh knows there is chance he won't get on. He's 6'5" and almost 300 lbs. He tries test seat outside.can't get it. I tell him seats inside are bigger so we go. We get on, he gets 1 click but can't get anymore. He was so upset, I go on.great ride and I come off, and I thought he was going to cry but he shook it off and we went on spiderman and had a blast. Go to pool and back to room in villa club wing. 3pm I can't believe it but I hear dog barking in room next to me. I know dogs are allowed at lowes but I believe they are in east wing on ground floor. So I think maybe dog visiting but no...yapping and barking nonstop and noone trying to quiet him. I call front desk to tell them and they say they will send security up. We go to park to exchange gift card for universal dollars cuz we like to tip maids and club personnel with them when I get a phone call from a 407 area code and think its crazy limo driver so I give phone to my husband, she says she is with universal orlando hotels and wants to know if we have checked in room yet.WHAT???? He says we checked in thursday. They then ask if we are in room #24**.no my husband says we are in room next to us. She asks if we have dog.no the people in next room do.she says she has our room # as the one with dog.so dh starts freaking that the other room could be using our credit card so we get on boat and go to front desk.he gets manager (wonderful) who says the room with dog has been told to vacate and will have to pay for 2 rooms(this one and the new one they are being moved to) plus a hefty cleaning fee. Great. Everything good. Go back to our room and see couple ahead of us with shopping bags and I think are new guests in room next to us. I say hi as we put key in and lady says"well now we know who complained"dh says what did u say? She says I wasn't talking to you and says to her dog "I know you weren't barking. My dogs not hurting anybody. Dh says I had to come back from park because of you. She starts mouthing off. Her husband is telling her to shut up. Dh decides he needs to make report in case anything else happens.so he goes to girl he was talking to with manager before and tells her what happened. Her jaw drops.manager can't believe they still aren't out of room.he calls up and she says she is not rushing to pack her bags and she will take as long as she needs to. Manager says he is sending people up to help her.in the meantime I hear her yelling in room that is she sees us on property we better avoid her or there's no telling what she will do.like we're the bad guys.THEY PUT A DOG IN ROOM AND LEFT IT THERE. Where did dog poop and pee. On the carpet, the bed, the chair????what kind of animals are these people? So manager and bellman and another girl all go up to room to get them out. Dh comes back,I tell him what she said about how we better avoid them and he laughs and says if we do see them again we should smile and say ruff ruff!!!!and manager was kind enough to get us free dinner at mama dellas.
I tell her about the kennel and she refuses and says she will just stay in her car all day 
well about an hour later she backs down and puts puppy in the kennel, hotel was nice enough to drive her over to it, and joins us at the park.
