I have nothing but problems with this. I had a monorail shipped home that I bought on Dec. 5. When I called later they said it probably would not make it before Christmas--contrary to what the girl at Mouse Gear said. So I got one on Ebay which I got Dec. 19. On Dec. 20 I got the one from Disney! I don't need 2, so I called Disney Mail order to find out what to do. They said to ship it back and they would reimburse and reimburse shipping. They also said to put a note in explaining what happened, which I did. That is all they said. So I did that. They called today--almost 3 weeks later--to say no receipt, no refund, which they didn't mention before.
Of course I have no clue where the receipt is now! We've gone through Christmas, throwing paper away, putting decorations away, a thorough house cleaning before I went back to work and pitching things. And unfortunately I thought I charged it, but it's not on this months statement--I am going to call and see if it was on last months, but I may have paid cash.
Anyhow, I did tell her that if I can't have the money, they need to send the monorail back to me. That is fair, right? They can't have my money AND the monorail. Then I'll have to figure out what to do with it. I may try Ebay, although I wouldn't have a picture with it, and I don't know how many people buy from sellers who have no history!
Oh well. ANyone want a monorail?

UPDATE--miracle of miracles I found the receipt, so now I will have to fax it in--it was charged--
bad news--I found it when I was looking for our STATE INCOME TAX REFUND CHECK which we just got because we filed two extensions and didn't file officially until December--DH and I know where it was Monday night but it is nowhere to be found--hope the State of Ohio has a sense of humor!

I had a problem with mail order from the Disney Store. When they had the stuffed toy sale, I ordered the Snowflake Eeyore and Boo dressed up in her Monster's outfit. The Snowflake Eeyore was a "must have" for Christmas. My arrival date was well before Christmas.

I got the Boo doll. Finally, I got a letter saying that the Eeyore would not be available and would be shipped in January. If I wanted to cancel, notify them, otherwise it would be shipped when available.

I drove an hour to our closest Disney Store and bought the last Eeyore, but they would not give me the sale price, said Snowflake toys were not included. I came home and emailed Disney to cancel the order. Two days later, I got the Eeyore in the mail! Now I had two, one for $10 plus shipping and one for $20.

It was just frustrating that I went out of my way to get to the store when the item had obviously already been shipped. When I emailed them, they said I could just return the package to my nearest disney Store.

Oh well, anyone want a Snowflake Eeyore to go with that monorail?

We just bought Fantasia 2000 DVD from them and it won't load. Anyone have that happen? I found the packing slip and I'm hoping they'll take it back. We ordered it around Christmas and just discovered it doesn't work properly. I just want a replacement.

I don't think I'll be shopping with Disney mail order soon. What a frustrating situation for you RnR.

So what's wrong with having two? ;)

Seriously, I remember somebody saying they painted their second one to be a different colored monorail. They had planned to eventually have all of them.
