second night, concourse steakhouse
third night, luau
forth day Donald's breakfast

has anyone been to these places? what are your experiances?

1900--my family loved...especially my daughter who is a huge Cinderella fan...food was food with plenty to choose from.

Concourse--fair....good meal, but nothing truly outstanding about the restaurant.

I've not visited your other two selections.
:goodvibes
Have a great trip.

I haven't been to the first 3 on your list but have been to the last one. Wasn't crazy about my experience there myself but I know there's been a lot of people who seem to really enjoy it. It is a way to get into the park before it opens though, so it does have that on my "good" list. :rotfl2:

I've heard stories of people getting sick at the luau, but I have never gone.

Don't know about dinner at 1900, but breakfast was awesome!! That was probably our favorite breakfast ever at Disney. My 11 yo is not a princess lover, but loves Mary Poppins, so that was great for her.

Our luau experience was good entertainment but the food was lacking. We filled up on the unlimited beer.

Dinner at 1900 --excellent food, good atmosphere. Check out the fresh baked scones on the bread table.

Concourse--sorry, I wouldn't do this one again. We encountered a really rude CM....and overcooked steak. I'd do somewhere else instead.

Luau--DD really didn't care for the food, but the show was good

Donald's--this was our least favorite character breakfast--rushed characters and so-so food. Cape May Cafe was much better.

Sorry--I sound really negative here. We have so many favorite restaurants, but just not those you've chosen.

We love Les Chefs de France, Le Cellier, Liberty Tree, Coral Reef, Cape May, 1900 for dinner or breakfast, Chef Mickey for dinner or breakfast...and lots of others.

oh I did not know there was unlimited beer here,,,mmmm just got better already...LOL :woohoo:

Food at the Concourse was very good, I thought. The staff was quite attentive. The only minus was that we did feel a bit rushed and it's a bit noisy. I would go back though. Never tried the Luau but would like to one day. Have a wonderful trip!

1900--never been
Concourse--never been
Luau--never been
Donald's breakfast--it was great. We were stuck in the corner, but since my son was scared of Donald at the time it was okay. The food was good and Donald was funny. My son warmed up to him by the end of the breakfast.

I've only been to the luau and it was a few years ago. We had a fun time and the food was fine. Not sure when your trip is but we went in early December and froze. Suggest you bring warm clothes if you are going during that time of year. Have fun.

1900 Park Fare (March 5, 2006 breakfast/March 23, 2006 Dinner)- love it for dinner and breakfast - our favorite character meal

Concourse (Dec 2nd 2005)- ate here once before MVMCP - we had an excellent meal, and wonderful service. There were 4 adults - we all had different entrees and all were very happy with our meals.

Donald's (Feb 5th 2006)- It was okay - toward the bottom of our character meal list - but it was not terrible! (I had a bad morning getting there, so that could have impacted my experience!!!) I would give it one more try!!!

Luau - never been

i personally really liked the food and show at teh luau. guess that says a lot about me :-)

I can only comment on the Donald breakfast - we really enjoyed it - all the characters got to our table before it was time to leave and the food was really good - we're not big breakfast eaters, and this pleased all 7 of us!

We'd go back, but would try to make it before park opening if possible. We had to wait about 20 minutes for our 9:30 reservations and we were HUNGRY!

I thought the food was pretty good at the PL. It had a tropical flavor, so if you are not into pineapple and such, you might not like it. The story line was pretty lame, but the dancing and fire twirling were incredible.

The food and characters were both good @ 1900...our server was fabulous!

We will definately go back.
