I think that's a great plan. Apparently we are in the minority, but we always like to have 2 PS a day. I'd much rather sit down and relax, and be served, than stand in a line at counter service. You've chosen alot of fun places. You guys will have a blast!

Thanks! We've eaten at all the places we've chosen and they are our favorites. I've found that my kids are much better at buffets. There's no waiting for a waitress, waiting to order, waiting for food, etc. They are instant gratification kind of kids when it comes to food--quicker to eat and then back to the parks too!!
