Here are my choices-what do you think?

Now that park hours have finally been posted I have my meal choices pretty much figured out. It will be just me and my best friend-both girls around 30 who will be celebrating their birthdays in the World. We're staying at POFQ. Here is my plan so far-looking forward to hearing your thoughts!

Arrival day (no park ticket): dinner at Spirit of Aloha

MK day: Breakfast at Crystal Palace (time recommendations for this would be appreciated!)
Dinner at Citrico's (with 9pm fireworks, what is the best time to dine to get out to see them-and where do I go?)

HS day: snack breakfast, lunch at Sci-Fi and dinner at Flying Fish (no fantasmic )

Epcot Day: snack breakfast, lunch at Chefs de France and dinner at Biergarten

Departure day (no parks): breakfast at Boma, lunch if still here probably at Earl of Sandwich

We were not impressed with the show, but the food was excellent and I love walking around the Poly

You might want to do a later breakfast to hold you over until dinner.

I have never eaten at Citricos so no comment here

I like Sci Fi alot. The food is just average, but I like the atmosphere. I was not happy with Flying Fish especially for the price.

Epcot Day: snack breakfast, lunch at Chefs de France and dinner at Biergarten
We were really disappointed with Chefs de France. Our food was not good and our service was terrible. We love Biergarten. Food was different, but good. The place is really fun.

Departure day (no parks): breakfast at Boma, lunch if still here probably at Earl of Sandwich
Boma is a great breakfast.

This sounds like an excellent plan. Last May my best friend turned 40 and we went. For her present, I upgraded us from CBR to GF Club level. She cried. We had a very similar dining plan.

Crystal Palace. I would try and schedule breakfast 1.5 hours after the park opens. That way, you can get there at opening and take advantage of the early morning shorter lines and ride your favorites before going to breakfast. It also helps to get you through the day with just a snack so you don't ruin your dinner.

Citricos - Yummy. I love the shrimp appetizer and found out last time I was there I could order it over pasta as an entree. Are you going to try and watch the fireworks from the Grand Floridian or get back to MK to see them.
If you are trying to get back to MK, I would eat before 7, but if you want to stroll out to the Pier at GF or stand down by the marina, you could probably eat at 7 and still make it.

Sci-fi - Great atmosphere, but I really like the food better at 50's Prime Time. Love flying fish. The potato wrapped snapper is yummy.

Chef's and Biergarten in one day. I would do an early Chef's and later Biergarten.

I haven't tried Boma for Breakfast yet, but I will be in 20 days. I decided to throw in a quick solo trip before I take my sister in June and I have an annual pass now that is burning a hole in my pocket

You can never go wrong at Earl of Sandwich. This is my favorite counter service in all WDW.

Be sure and put your birthday celebration on all your dining reservations. I know they personalized a menu for Melissa's birthday at Narcoosees and decorated the table in both Narcoosees and Crystal palace with birthday mickey confetti.

We always try to get an early seating (before park opening) -- it is awesome to walk down Main Street without the rest of the crowds early in the morning and there are lots of photo ops without lots of extra people.

Another option for Crystal Palace is an 8:00 or shortly after so you can get in early and take in an almost empty Main Street, then be done when the park opens.
