Herbalife - Anyone Tried it

Anyone tried Herbalife and what are your thoughts. Is it worth it?

I love the program. Works great, keeps you full. Reasonably priced etc.

my mom did it and got really sick and was hospitalized. Don't have more details.

My story is similar to Ali. A coworker was on Hearbalife a few years ago and had to be hospitalized because her liver was going haywire.

My husband I have used it in the past however we really only substituted one meal a day with a drink and had low calorie meals for the other 2. Exercised and did quite well with it
