Helps with rope drop times

We've been so many times to Disney but with all the new openings, etc. I need a little help. We've always been at the resort bus stop an hour before opening. If opening was at 9:00 we would be at the bus stop at 8:00 or if opening is at 8:00 we're there at 7:00. Will this still work and get us to the parks with enough time to be at rope drop?

We try to get to the parks 45 minutes before rope drop so we can hit some of the popular attractions without a FP. Generally we are at the bust stop about 70 minutes early. We take our breakfast with us and apply sun screen while we wait.
