Hi, all!
I am returning to WDW around June 20. For years, I have been helping out folks on other forums with announcing or building up to upcoming trips by sending a postcard from the parks and "signed" by a Disney Character.
Since I recently started posting on "the dis," I thought I'd extend the offer to this forum, too!
For years, my wife and I have built up anticipation for our trips by sending a postcard from Mickey or Minnie or another character a couple weeks before our departure date. It has really helped get the kids excited for the magic. So far they have been young enough not to notice the Madison, WI postmark! lol! But not for long, since my stepson is now a very jaded middle-schooler.
Anyway, while I'm in "the world," I like to help out my fellow WDW fans. I will mail a postcard to whomever you want and say (generally) whatever you'd like using a Disney character of your choice. It will be one of the Park Postcards, so let me know if you have a preference of what location and/or characters you'd like on the postcard. There will be no cost to you.
Just send me a message, and I'd love to help.
Here's a sample I just scanned so you can see the type of thing I'm talking about. Usually, I'll use a Sharpie or other bold marker for that real character feel.
