Helpful Dream Fastpass Info

We split up in the morning so my husband and I could talk over by the train station at NOS. My friend took the girls to ride Pooh. We met them at the exit as they were getting dream fast passess. Whoo HOO!!! I looked at the line and knew there was no way I would get one because the line was too long. The girls were really excited they are huge large ride fans.

Even babies coming off the ride were getting the fastpasses. I almost asked for one from a family since babies can't use them but I was good and thought I would bite the bullet and just ride what I could and let the 3 of them use the passes.

An hour later we were lathering up on the sunscreen and a Disney Blue person came over and gave us another gift, I will mention that another time. She noticed the fast passes and we mentioned that 2 people in our group didnt' get them. She nicely informed us that they would never leave a group with only half of them having fastpasses. We just needed to go as a whole group to City Hall and tell them what ride and what time the Dream Fast Passes were received. So we all trouped over and we all had fast passes for the rest of the day. It was fantastic. What a neat thing and so helpful to give us that info.

yes, totally true.

our last trip there were 9 of us. i got a dream fast pass at the castle, the rest of my group was not fast enough. they took us down to city hall and gave us 8 more. totally made our trip.

now when my husband and kids won them getting off monsters, I had him ask them right there, he explained that I did not ride the ride because I was not feeling well, there was another person standing there with a fanny pack on, they told us to talk to her, she gave me one and told to me she hoped i started feeling better to enjoy them.... . .

We received a Dream FastPass last Monday. They were in the walkway between Buzz and FantasyLand. Near the area where the Little Mermaid shell is. We received ours about 1/2 hour after park opening. it was wonderful!
But because it wasn't too crowded that day we didn't have to use most of them. But it was fun to win!

Okay - now we also saw people who won a special event???
The park closed at 8 pm that night and we saw alot of the people with these "special event" lanyards coming back into the park when we were leaving at 7:30 ish. anybody know what this was about???? They received them through out the day and they were a Year of a Million Dress prize. We asked a CM at the turnstile on the way out and she said that yes something was going on after closing but didn't know what it was

We were just there and received these special passes. At 8pm they had everyone with these special passes go to the Festival Arena for a short show and at 8:30 we were free to play in the park until 9:30. We were told they only gave out about 3000 of these passes a day so we felt really lucky to have gotten them. Funny thing is we also received them on our last day there. This was our first time taking our kids and we had an awesome time!

What was the short show like? And where and when did you win these passes? I wonder how often they do this?
