ok i know how to post clip art in my post now how do i put it under my name?

You're talking about an avatar. To add one, go to user cp > edit options. Go all the way to the bottom of the screen to the avatar section. You may choose one, or add one of your own.

Btw, your clipart is showing up as a red X. Geocities doesn't allow direct linking for clipart. You can get a free website here to store your clipart. Just check out the DIS websites link in my signature. It will tell you everything you need to know.
