Is there an emergency # for Member Services where I can reach someone about DCL? The Member Services recording says for emergencies call the resort your staying in. Well, I tried that, but my real problem is with our cruise on Thursday and I've got to resolve this before I leave town tomorrow!
In a nutshell, DS (16) was not going with us to WDW or on the cruise this year. An unexpected, last minute, change of events occurred, he needs to be with us, I'm dying because I can't reach anyone that can help me get him on the ship. DCL says their hands are tied because I booked on points, they also say they are booked, but the online booking is showing availability, although it keeps changing. I'm going to bust a gut if I have to wait until Monday to sort this out. Am I just out of luck until Monday morning? Should I book a room online with DCL to make sure I book a spot, I'm so confused?!?!
