waht is the phone number for CRO? I have always used the Disney Club #, and now it is gone! Also.... should I call CRO or WDTC? I think I remember seeing something about the two being "combined". Is this true or is one better than the other! I am trying to find out rates for the 7 for 5 deal. Thanks!!!

I got the 7 for 5 deal by calling 1-407-824-4321. This IS NOT A TOLL FREE number. Hope this helped you

The CRO does the one night only deposit and you can cancel up to 5 days in advance, the other one (WDTC) has a 45 day cancellation policy and a higher deposit.


I can't find the site I read all this on, but when I called the number to make my recent reservation I specifically asked if it was the CRO.

Maybe someone else can remember the site that explains the difference.
