I'm going MLK day weekend to WDW with me and 5 friends and I'm the one planning. We only have 3 days so I'm trying to fit a lot in.. The saturday of that weekend (January 14) my plan is to RD AK to get in Everest, Kilimanjaro, and Dinosaur.. Then leave for HS which is where I'm going to book our fast passes. My question is.. How long do you think it will take us to do all that and then drive to HS? I'm trying to determine what time to book FP for! TIA!

I would book FP for the late afternoon time frame. At some point you will need to stop for lunch. This then gives you all morning to be at AK.

Are you staying onsite? Because there are EMH at AK starting at 8:00 so if you are not onsite to do EMH you will already be faced with long lines at AK since it is a holiday weekend.

We are staying off site! I already knew about EMH but this is the only morning that works for us to do AK.

Then i would suggest doing early eveing FP at DHS since it is a holiday weekend the wait times at AK will be rather long by the time you are allowed in and make your way to each ride at AK. Especially since onsight guest got to make their FP last month they are ahead of the game so you choice might only be the eveing FP.

I can ride evest 3 ( or 4 times) times go do danseurs prime ever whoral and be on a buss and be at DHS at 1030

if you want FP for as soon as you get there I would say have your first one start at 11- 12 then book one from 12-1 then 1 to 3
but I would have your first one a ride you do not mind missing like star tours I would make sure your tier 1 FP is last in case something comes up.
