Help!

I had downloaded a jpg of a blank autograph book cover and somehow I saved the file with a name on it and now I can't remember where I got it. I love this cover and am making an autograph book for my best friends daughter so I would love to use this cover.....

Does anyone remember where it came from?

It is my absolute favorite and I was so upset when I realized I saved it with a name on it..... Of course I am making this autograph book at the very last minute so I was in a panic.....
