Ok have always done DLH or HNY and always ground floor near to reception. But... We Fancy trying SLGF. But unsure as I have mobility issues and read lift is unreliable?

I've never had a problem with the lifts in the SL, there is only one to get to the ground floor where the restaurants are but there are plenty to the floors with rooms.
