5lbs in 6 weeks is actually terrific. Very sustainable and in my experience it will be easier to keep off.
Weight Watchers, which is consistently rated at the top of weight loss programs, tell us to expect an *average* of .5 to 2 lbs per week. That means some are below .5 per week and some are above 2. And it's all good.
Small losses add up!
But whatever you are doing, keep doing it.
