WE are booked into AOA from June 19th and check out June 23rd. I and two of my children will fly home on the 23rd via Southwest. My wife and daughter have free vouchers from Air Tran but cannot fly home until Monday the 25th? I am wondering if I should try for two rooms at POP and all fly home on Monday or look for a off site hotel for Saturday and Sunday but no Disney? SW will switch my flights free of charge so that is not an issue,so what would you do? I hope I am clear on details and if not sorry.

Don't move off site, it is a pain! We love Pop so I would use them anytime. We also fly SW all the time and they are much more flexible than anyone else. That way you won't waste any valuable park time moving things and you can enjoy your vacation longer!:surfweb:

If you stay at a Downtown Disney resort it is sort of like being there (perhaps that would be a time you would be visiting DTD anyway?), but try to stay put if possible.

If you move off site you may lose any savings by having to pay for airport transportation. On-site they will transfer your luggage for you while you are at the park.

For these reasons, I'd try to get something on-site. You could possibly even do a 5 person room at POR for less, but you will sacrifice some space and privacy.

Is this a trick question?:rotfl: Two extra days at Disney or go home? I would stay put and take the two extra days with DW & DD! Stay and enjoy!:thumbsup2

I'd stay on site and, assuming AOA for 2 extra nights is out, compare prices on 2 rooms at Pop or 1 room @ POR. Just add the extra days to your park tickets for the length of your stay if needed. 7 days @ the world is so much nicer (and more relaxed) than 5, IMO.

I would stay on property because of the bus transportation.

I vote stay on property:) POP sounds fun. Lots of free things to do at resorts or take in a water park with the extra time.

Believe I agree with the above posters. If you're talking about just adding 2 days to your passes (and a great value), and can get a nice price at POP or POR, I'd stay, because the cost of a cab would probably delete a chunk of your savings.

Good luck and have a MAGICAL day,

Andy
