Help!

So I was at Disneyland tonight and my youngest Nephew took a pin! he is three and we found it in his jacket pocket when we got home! I do not feel comfortable just keeping the pin. Does anyone know a number I can call to purchase the item over the phone or anything? What should I do?! I am honestly considering driving down there tomorrow just to pay for it!

I know how you feel. When we were just there my 2yr old gave the 1yr old a Tinkerbell doll and it got shoved down in the bottom of the stroller. I didn't find it until we returned to the hotel that night but thankfully we were there for a few more days. When my 2yr old returned it the CM looked stunned, like nobody has ever returned anything before and was very grateful. Just made me think about how much money DL losses from people how don't make and effort to return items they didn't pay for. So don't stress out about it as they were very nice and thankful that we returned the item. It is nice to see that you are doing the right thing.:goodvibes
 
Is there any chance a cast member or other guest might have given the pin to him to keep? Or, maybe it's obvious that it came from a store... price sticker, etc still on it.

Good luck in your search, that's awesome that you care so much about honesty and integrity. Not everyone does these days.:)
 

Maybe you should put it in a ziplock and use magnet to hold it to the fridge, so he can look at what he wrongly took for a while. Then the next time you go, or he goes he can return it to a CM in any store, making this the well known priority when you get to the parks.

Thank you! I called and they took the barcode for in for inventory reasons but didn't make me pay. I still feel terrible and will take it in to pay for next visit. :)
