Okay, so i am new and I've been trying to upload a picture to my avatar.... My mom has hers upload with the little box at the bottom of the screen, well mine doesn't i need help. She says you might have to post so much before you can do that but I'm just seeing if there's anything else...

Are you trying to put a "personal" picture as your avatar, or is the one you have now the one you were trying to use?
