Help!

Hi! I was a CP last fall and now am seasonal. I'm wanting to plan a trip back but I forgot my password for the Hub. It said the only way to reset it is to get on a computer on the Disney network. The problem is I'm in Kansas and can't access a computer on the Disney network. Can anyone help me?

Unfortunately, there is no way to reset your password other than through a computer on the TWDC Intranet.

However, you can still book reservations and provide (Florida-Site) Casual Temporary availability by telephone. You can utilize one of the following telephone numbers to do so:

Disneyland Resort Reservations:

California-Site Disney Dining

(714) 781-3463

Walt Disney World Resort Cast Reservations (Lodging, Food & Beverage, Recreation)

(407) 939-2278

Florida-Site Labor Operations (Labor Service Center)

Will I need to know my perner #? I don't remember it because i never had to use it. I'm incredibly unprepared...

The same thing happened to me and I called Disney IT (I think the link is on the forgot password page) and they reset it for me over the phone. It took like 2 minutes!

Disney IT is not supposed to be doing this, as it's technically a violation of Company Policies regarding the handling of personal information. As such, while it may happen, I wouldn't count on it.
