Help!!

So DH and I decided to downgrade from the DxDP to the regular DDP. We have kept in Artist Point (DH really wants buffalo!) and we're going to do one other signature. So far, I have yet to cancel these three:

Cictricos
Flying Fish
Jiko

Citricos seems great, but we are eating a LOT of meat throughout the trip... and we're eating at Boma one night, so Jiko is similar - I'm leaning toward Flying Fish.

Help me decide - we've never eaten at any of the three, so we're open to suggestions/reviews (good or bad)!



(For what it's worth, our reservations are at 'Ohana, Artist Point, Sci-Fi, Boma and Le Cellier. We're such carnivores!)

Flying Fish is my favorite of Disney's signatures. Citricos and Jiko tie for second.

I say Jiko - I've read the filet there is very good. We have an ADR.

Jiko Jiko Jiko Jiko!
It is not that similar to Boma, and if you want fish, the maize-crusted wreck fish is awesome. Along with California Grill (my favorite) and Blue Zoo, Jiko was a head above everything else on our recent trip.... and that included wonderful nights at Artist Point, Fulton's and Bistro de Paris.
I also like Flying Fish a great deal, though the second time I went it wasn't as good as the year before. Never been to Citrico's.
By the way, buffalo at Artist Point was really good, as was my girlfriend's boar.
