Help!!

I'm trying to find the number that puts me straight through to the Virgin frequent flyer club number - i've lost my membership card
Found a letter from them but when i rang the number on that it puts you straight through to virgin holidays & i know on my membership card i would get put straight through to FFC!!!!

Can anyone help & give me the right number???

Do mean VH's Frequent Virgin Club?

OR VA's Flying Club?

Flying Club red - 08444 122 414...
Flying Club silver - 08444 123 121...
Flying Club gold - 08000 721 234...

I meant VH's Frequent Virgin Club - strange - thats the number i called!!
It said '''welcome to virgin holidays''???
I did call at 4.45pm so maybe FVC was closed & it put me through to VH???

Will try again tomorrow

When I spoke to them last year they have had their staff numbers reduced so you don't always get your call answered by a member of FVC. They have choosen if all the lines are busy to automatically put us through to the Indian call centre.

If you want to try to speak to them call 0844 557 3895 and choose option 2 if you don't get a UK based member of staff I found emailing them works well if you don't need an immediate response. Their email is Frequent.Virgin@VirginHolidays.Com.
They have emailed me or called me back within a week which isn't great but can be easier than talking to the Indian call centre!!

well that kinda stinks!!!
i tried the number again yesterday & got VH again, so i will try emailing them!!
I just want to pre-order the preview brochure, did it on automated but last time i did that it didnt get sent out! Had an email from VH with a link to pre-order the brochure but it isnt showing - just the 2009/2010???
