I'M READY TO BUY AKV. BESIDES THE $$$OFF & EXTRA POINTS .. IS ANY THING I NEED TO KNOW BEFORE PUCHASING...

have you done your "homework" by reading the DVC forums here?

do you understand use year month?

will you be happy to stay at AKV most of the time if there's no availability at other DVC resorts?

JUST DO IT AND THEN HANG OUT HERE TO ASK ALL the fun questions about being a DVC member. Seriously as long as you know about AKV being your home resort and booking at the 11 month window and the others at the 7 month window......all the rest is easy. Of course there is a chance depending on when you go that you will only be able to get in AKV so is you can live with that.....you should be fine. We own at SSR (less than 2 years btw) and have stayed twice there but we have also stayed at BWV, OKW and BCV and got those with NO problems at less than the 7 month window. I am sure if you are buying in...........you already did the homework to make sure DVC is a good move for your family!
