Okay.. heres my story.. i was hosting a cute or boot and the prize was princess minnie hat cause i had two. i gave the prize out and forgot to change the room title. and when the next person won, i tried to say sorry i have to keep my last one and i offered a really rare item.. he said no so i booted him.. people started saying ah ost was there so i opened the gate and yet, VMK_Red was here! i was so happy but then i got banned for a month.. when i tried to log on a month later it said 10 years... i made a new account in disneyland in October 07.. and played on my moms computer but its super slow.. and i want to play on my computer again.. i wrote to vmk several times and they said send in my ip addres but my ip address isn't banned.. my computer is banned.. this is what it says when i try to log on to vmk on my computer:

what should i do or say to vmk?
