Help!

OK so in dance i have to make a solo for a grade and it has to be a minute long. I can think of absolutley nothing after the first 10 seconds so i know that some of you dance and i was wondering if you could give me some "moves" to help me put my dance together.

Anything is GREATLY appreciated.
