Disney is changing my reservations as we speak. In february last year I reserved a 2bedrm dedicated at the BCV I have it all confirmed at home. They are telling me now over the phone it was changed to a lockoff. I'm on Hold what do I do???? HELP

Hopefully they fixed this for you. If they didn't I would wait until you have your confirmation in front of you and ask to speak with a supervisor.
