I need to know if the Deluxe Annual passport at disneyland includes early entry some days.. plz its my first time to buy one... thanks!

No, none of the AP's offer EE as a benefit. The only way for an AP holder to receive EE benefits is to stay at a DLR property, then you get EE each day it is offered.

im staying at the Embassy Suites - South; the one closest to disneyland.

its a good neighbor hotel, so does that mean i can get EE too?

Lol. No, unfortunately Good Neighbor hotels do not qualify. You would need to stay at either the Grand Californian, Disneyland Hotel or Paradise Pier to get the EE benefits with an AP.
