Help!!

I bought a POTC speaker pillow at the Disney store and it played fine for a while then it just stopped working. What could be wrong with it? Everything is plugged in where it is supposed to be an everything. Does anyone know?

A more detailed explanation is this: I was playing the dead mans chest game from the movie site and was listening to the background music on my pillow. I turned off the game and turned on a music playlist and again listened to it and it was fine. I went to another room left the pillow plugged in to my computer and turned off the light. Then I came back in the room tripped over the pillows cord and fell on my face. I got up and plugged the pillow back in. It played then it started to go in and out and then nothing! IDK if I might have fried it while playing the dead mans chest game due to too much memory, or if I broke it when I tripped over the cord or what. The wires are intact and everything and I am really stumped. It sucks bc I just got the pillow today and loved it.

Probably broke it when the cord came out,that happened to me with my favorite pair of headphones.

Thanks everyone! My dad said the cord got pulled out and i had the originl packaging, bag, and receipt so I am going to exchange it for a working one.
