Please help! what is the best way to lose three or four pounds by this saturday please i have to lose it :confused:
 
All Honesty people flux 0-5 lbs a day to a week in water ... so 3-4 lbs can be considered water weight.. so take or drink a diuretic such as coffee Or try doing hot yoga or something that will make you sweat.
 
You can stop drinking soda and ONLY drink Water for the next 3 days. Try and only eat 3 meals a day and no snacks at all in between. Limit your calories to around 1400 a day.

With only a few days thats about all you can do.

I know that wrestlers that have to drop weight do alot of sweating stuff - work out in garbage bags to increase the sweating.

But please be careful - dropping weight that fast can make you ill and if you are losing weight for an "occasion" I'd hate to see you there and sick!
 

If you're really serious and think you can stick to a rigorous program for a week, try this and it WILL work without damaging your health. Eat four meals a day of a lean protein and low-glycemic carb (like a chicken breast and broccoli, or white fish and green beans, etc.). Skip red meat and starchy carbs like potatoes or rice, no sugar or dairy. Four meals means eating about every three hours and nothing after 6 or 7 p.m. This will seem like a lot of food and you may get sick of eating! Don't think that two meals a day will be better - they won't. Your body needs incoming food to fuel your metabolism. Exercise as vigorously as you are comfortable with for 30-40 minutes twice a day (morning and evening). Drink approx. a gallon of water a day if you can manage it. You will lose 3-5 lbs, no problem (some water, but some fat, too). Do not do this for more than a couple of weeks (if you could even stand it that long....chicken and broccoli get mighty old after 14 days) because your body needs a variety of foods to provide the nutrients you need to stay healthy in the long term. This isn't an easy program to stay with because it gets really boring, but if you're desperate it will work and you will still feel healthy.
 
Eat lots of fruit and vegetables and drink lots of water! Don't forget, lots of exercise!!!! Good luck!!!!

Atkins!!!!!!!!!!!!
Last year I went on atkins and lost 15 lbs in 2 weeks. Seriously it just drops off you. You definitely have to be comitted to it though. No more than 20-25 grams of net carbs per day. (and I was only 25lbs over my goal it's not like i had a hundred to lose or anything)
They no longer sell the atkins stuff here (i think it's a carb count on the packaging issue in canada now) but seriously if you can get the atkins bars..eat one for breakfast each day and for lunch and dinner eat protein. lunch I would have scrambled eggs and bacon and dinner I would eat steak or chicken with salad and some beans or more salad. Go onto the atkins website but it definitely does work.
It's hard to follow long-term and expensive but for a quick jump on weightloss or a little boost it works.
