Help !!

I purchased 15 month power passes almost a year ago from AAA. I called to see when the ex. date was on my preferred pass, and checked the kids to be safe. Well they didnot give us the 15 months, they were shown as 12 mon. passes !!! Universal rep said it was a AAA problem. I called AAA and they said they only sell 15 month passes it was a Universal problem. I have my receipt by the way, but most of the ink has faded off, it does say 15 mon on it . What should I do ??

I would send universal a fax with a copy of the receipt. I would ask them what the ACTIVATION date was, and then send them the fax. Make copies of all your correspondence, and ask to talk to a supervisor if no one will help you. It sounds like when you activated it, the person at universal didnt notice the voucher said 15 months to me.
 
It is an easy fix. Are you going to the parks anytime soon. If so, they can fix it for you at Guest Services.

The passes that AAA was selling had a problem when they were processed. Yes, it was a problem on AAA end but Universal can fix it for you with no problem. It is a common problem with those passes.
