one of my good guy friends asked me to the 8th grade dance,as friends, i said sure, we then agreed if i get asked by someone else i could go with them....then i found out he likes me...alot....but i don't like him that way right now.....and for some reason...i kinda want to go out with him...but i like another guy alot right now....but idk....cause like i said i kinda want to go out with him!!!

Well from what you said, you would only go to the dance with another guy if he asked you, right?

So I would still go to the dance with your friend, and if he tells you that he likes you, and you don't really, then just gently tell him how you feel.

Well it is really up to you who you date but if he likes you and you want to go out with him then ask him out but if you don't want to then just be friends and go out with the other guy
