Help! Won't let me make fastpass+ reservations

Help! We start our vacation on Mar20, at a Disney resort, so I should be able to start making my fastpass reservations today at 12:01; however, the my Disney experience will not give me that option. My resort reservation & tickets, along with all members of my travel party are showing on my planning page, but when I go to fastpass+ it only shows my name & can't be selected. I have gone through the process of trying to add everyone on and it shows they are, but when I go to fastpass+ again, it only shows me and can't be selected. When I set everything up again, it shows I can make them up to 30 days in advance (should be 60 as staying onsite) and then when I click on fastpass+ says 60 days to go, can make reservation on Mar20, which is our arrival day.
Very frustrated! Am I doing something wrong or is there something wrong with their system right now?

I will stay up to get my fastpasses booked, but just want to confirm that the fact it is showing 30 days, and my tickets not linked, and can begin booking on March20 (my arrival day) is due to this 1am booking opening, that there isn't a problem with my account. Is this correct?

Thank you!! This is our first trip with fastpass+ and I thought I understood how it worked, but I have obviously missed some very important info. I am going to read your thread right now.
