Help with WL room reservation, pls

We are going to Disney Sept '14 and I just booked the WL - very excited!!! DH and I have always wanted to stay there since seeing it decked out for the holidays!

Right now I have a standard view room but am wondering if it is worthwhile to book a better view or room set up. We will have our daughters who will be 7 and 1 for the trip, so I have a few considerations that might be better served by a different catagory. For instance, will a Pack n Play fit better in the bunkbed rooms? Is there a location to request that will be quieter? (I know some rooms that face pools or community areas tend to be louder) Also, do strollers need to be folded up for the boat from WL to MK?

If you can afford to book a better view I would do it. Request (just a request) not near the pool . If you get a wood view request near the boat dock not over loading dock.

As far as strollers on the boat they might ask you to fold them up if not enough room on boat.
