Welcome to Windsor Palms, we have had a villa there for 18 months.

What plot have you bought and which design of villa are you having built?

I am sure you have made an excellent choice and the back up from Pulte has been very good.

Hi Seawise, We decided on the Barrington 3with the round front window. It will have 6 bedrooms and we are moving the bathroom from the front of the house to next to the pool. We also picked the larger style of pool. I cannot remember off hand what plot we picked but it is on the road they are working on now. Behind it will be the conservation land, so no houses behind us. Also, our back yard will have a fence due to the drainage ditch being right behind. We were told our foundation was next, so we are going forward with the financing. We hope everything comes together easily. Thanks for the welcome.

Have you started taking bookings yet ? How's it going ?

thanks everyone for the support. We have hit a small snag with the financing but hope to have it all cleared up soon. We have not yet begun any bookings, our foundation was due to be poured this week, but am not quite sure if it was, because we have been away. I hope to email soon to find out. Maybe due to our snag they might wait, but I was told they plan to build the houses in a row, so maybe they still will. It is a large investment and is taking up some time now, but hopefully a little less in the future. We still plan to go in November, even if the house isn't done yet. We have another house rented at Windsor Palms.
