Help with US questions

Im trying to decide if the front of the line pass or the VIP tour is worth it. We plan on going April 2016. The first week in April anywhere from 3 to 6. Not too sure yet but wanted to know...
Is the FOTLP unlimited or just 1 time per ride?
Is the VIP tour worth it since it includes unlimited front of line pass breakfast and lunch? Does the vip tour have access to stuff regular ticket holders wouldnt??
Any advice is greatly appreciated

You may want to buy the fotlp as Harry Potter world is opening in Spring 2016. Not sure of the date they open it. I just know its spring & that the annual passes you purchase from Costco expire in March so, it looks like it may open in April. This will cause it to be much busier than it currently is. & I believe you only get to ride each ride once for fotlp but I could be wrong. I'm pretty sure I read that somewhere.

Thanks guys. We are definitely not interested in the HP world.
Does anyone have any good or bad reviews on the VIP experience?
