Help with tulle skirt/tutu

Last year I came across a thread on how to make a skirt - like a tutu, out of tulle. I book marked it to use for our next trip. Well my computer crashed and I lost everything! Now I can not find that thread anywhere. Does anyone else know what I am talking about? It had really good directions with pictures, and I am really hoping I can find it again. Thanks! ~ Melissa

You should be able to find directions if you google no sew tutu

I use ribbon measured to child's waist size and add enough to tie a nice bow.
This tutorial uses elastic. Choose whichever is better for you.
