We will be arriving at the Airport Friday evening, and I will probably book a town car roundtrip. Two years ago we used Tiffanytowncar and had no problems but see there are a few others I could try. Any great suggestions? I have a toddler. 2teen boys, me and hubby.

My dilema is that on Sunday evening my toddler and I need to bring the teens back to the airport to catch a flight but we will be going back to the Dolphin. So I would kind of like something cheaper to take them there. I would have to wait with them to catch their flight so it's not like I could probably have a car wait for me to see them off. Any suggestions would help!!
Thanks

First of all you need a van or SUV, not a town car. You have 3 kids and two adults, right. So you request a van if you book Tiffany. Its looks to me like you are going to have to book two roundtrips to get everything done. The shuttle is going to cost you for two roundtrips about $30.00. The baby can ride free, without a seat belt. For the extra two teens one way add another $30.00 or $40.00. So total $60.00. A roundtrip in a car service will cost you $100.00 approximately. You can do all that and save approximately $30.00. Taking the Mears shuttle is not the best way to go, but it is cheaper.

The car service provides you with baby seat, Immediate pick up at the hotel. When your teens go behind security you can call and have the car service waiting for you on the first level to whisk you back to the hotel. Sometimes you have to interact personally with the driver or the company to get things done. There are companies that you can call and be able to do this with. I would offer two roundtrips to the company you talk to and come up with one price for your whole venture.

There are several companies you might be able to do this with. Both of them are listed on the boards frequently. You might try John at Murray Hill transportation2disney.com or Bob at Sunray. I think Sunray is a .com. Give either one of them a call and tell them your situation and they will surely help you out. I assume their phone numbers are on the site, but you can use e-mail. Sorry, call you only have 2 days left.

I don't know how old or independent your teenagers are but you can certainly trust any of the services Edd mentioned to safely transport them to MCO without you accompanying them. It may not be necessary to accompany them to MCO. Normally you won't be allowed to go through security so all you'll be doing is watch them check their luggage and walk with them to the security line.

You might just ask the driver if he can find a skycap to help your kids. Tip the skycap a few books and he'll check their luggage, print their BP and tell them where to go. You really don't have to be with them.

Thanks for the info! I didin't think about having the extra teen, that I would need something bigger than the town car. So that is a good thought! The boys are 14. I thought I would have to go with them to the gate, someone told me I would have to and get a pass to go. It would be nice if they could do it by themselves but I will have to check more into that. We are actually going in a little over 2 weeks so I know I need to get busy!

Thanks again for the info. I do appreciate it!

Passes are only suppose to be given out to companions of passengers who need assistance. Kids who are much younger or elderly passengers. You may be able to talk someone into giving you a pass but I wouldn't count on it I certainly wouldn't waste my time waiting on a line hoping to get one. All you're going to be able to do is watch them check in and walk with them to the security line.

Do your 14 year olds ever take public transportation on there own? City bus or train? If so just make them sure they get in the towncar and don't bother taking them to the airport. Just ask the driver to hook your kids up with a skycap to help with their luggage. Alternatively you can take their luggage with you.
