Hello!

Please could anyone shed some light on whether or not its best to get the Tiramisu in the martini glasses or the big dish?

I am sure I saw a post a little while ago (or it may have been on individual journals) that it tastes best in the glasses?

Please can you post photos and give opinions on which is best to ask for?

Thanking you!

you definitely want the mini glasses, but I don't think it's the presentation so much as where it's made. In Epcot they serve a big bowl but it's not really tiramisu and that's the one you've probably seen a few bad reviews about. At the Grand Floridian they serve mini ones that are real tiramisu but if they put them in a big bowl they would taste the same. So I would make sure to say you want the same recipe that they use at the Grand Floridian.

That's great thanks- and our dessert party is at Sago Cay at the Grand Floridian!

Does anyone have any photos of desserts presented in the martini glasses?

this is from our tasting, they are in the back, you can't see them so well. It was more like a shot glass but I'm sure they could put them in martini glasses if you want.

Thank you pezaddict!

Anyone else have photos to share of the Tiramisu?

I noticed that in a 'bowl' version, it seemed like it was topped with a ton of cream, and im sure the bride said it didnt taste much like tiramisu? Am I correct?

(I just have some crazy dessert fans in wedding party and I want to make sure this is the best decision to wow my guests with a wonderful dessert!)

you're welcome! The bowl version is from the Epcot Dessert parties, and apparently just tastes like whipped cream.

We're doing the "A Kiss Goodnight" menu and we took out the linzer tarts and banana passion cups, they were good but not my thing which reduced the price too. Also instead of fruit tarts I asked for coconut tarts like Kona's Coconut Kiki Tart which is sooo yummy! So you don't have to go exactly by their menu either.
