help with the polynesian!

My husband and I are planning a 2 year delayed 10th anniversary trip to WDW. (We had a baby that year instead!) What I am wondering is if we can go stay in the WL for 4 days and then stay one night in the Polynesian before we leave. Is a one night stay possible? Poly is my dream: all the Hawaii and none of the jet lag!

What about transferring luggage and checking in? I should like very much to do that aspect quickly and smoothly. So many times we have to wait in line for check-in for perhaps a half hour.

Transferring luggage is very simple - you call bell services in the WL and inform them that you are transferring resorts. A bellperson will come to your room and take your luggage to the other resort.

Checking in is the same. If it is busy, you will still have to wait in line.

I would suggest doing it though..the Poly is so beautiful with such a laid back, romantic atmosphere.
