Help with the lotter.com

Can someone please give me a brief explanation of how to do this one? It keeps showing $10 for 5 blocks, how do I get it to $2?


And is there anything to cancel after the 1 time play?

I picked the New York lottery which was, I think, $6.25. I am not sure which place had the cheapest block. My understanding is that you do not need to cancel, but you are on file for 6 months. I will go in later and delete me on their site. I have to hold out in case I win the lottery!!!! Now wouldn't that be somthing!!!
