I tried to access the AP section today at Disneyland.com, and it said that due to the site upgrade, I had to re-enter my name and AP number. I did that, and it pops up "This AP has expired. Click to renew".

My AP expires 6/4/11, so I know I'm good :) But the website doesn't let me see the AP page! I wanted to contact them for help, so I went to Help/FAQ - but I couldn't find contact information anywhere in that huge FAQ. Can anyone here point me in the right direction? :goodvibes

Oh bummer! I wish I could help. Last week I had to reenter my AP #, but nothing like that happened. Hopefully someone here has an answer.

Well, it must be my browser or something - reloaded the form and there's the link for the web form "contact us". I'll see how long it takes them to respond... popcorn::

Mine did the same thing when I input my info. I know it did this for a few others on here, but it cleared up after a few days.

I have a bit of a similar question.

I purchased my AP online, so I have the e-ticket but not the actual hard copy of the AP yet. Am I still able to logon to the AP section? I tried but it wouldn't let me. The number I tried putting in was the one below the barcode on the e-ticket - would that be my AP number?

I am confused :confused3

I entered my barcode and it gave me the error that it expired too! I was really hoping to have access to plan a few trips, but if I cant get in to the AP part of the website I might have to start planning with Good Neighbor hotel options instead.

I found two numbers listed on the AP site. Good luck!

Annual Passholder Hotline 714-781-4546
Annual Passholder Info line 714-781-4567

I decided to try again today - and lo & behold - my AP was accepted and lists the correct expiration date :cloud9:

:confused3 I'm sorry, I have no idea!

Try again on another day! It worked for me :thumbsup2

:worship: Thanks so much! I would have called them if it didn't work this morning...would much rather call the hotline than wait days and days for an email response.

Some have been able to log on with their AP voucher and others haven't. :confused3

It may be because even though you've purchased your AP it hasn't been activated yet. Keep trying!

It happened to me too...my AP expires in 2011 and I kept getting the same message that mine had expired and then I was directed to buy a new one. That went on for a couple of weeks after they re-did the site. I recently tried it again and it now works. I think that if you just keep trying it will go through eventually.

I'm shocked - I already got an email reply. Pretty stock reply, but still :)
